@TheStreet(美国著名金融咨询网站《街道》): But, sooner or later, the primary U.S. economic policy body will raise interest rates, and that will mean consumers need to be tactical when it comes to their real estate, credit cards, student loans and retirement.

@USATODAY (美国第二大报纸《今日美国》)Stocks end mixed, Dow off 0.4% after Fed holds off on rate hike.(美联储宣布暂不加息后,全球股市涨跌不一,其中道琼斯指数微跌0.4%。)

@businessinsider(财经网站《商业内幕》): The Fed's rate hike doesn't matter for real investors.(对于真正的投资者来说,美联储加不加息并不重要。)

@ CNNMoney (CNN财经频道 ): Federal Reserve chief Janet Yellen mentioned the word China six times and "global" 10 times in her press conference Thursday. It's is a big change for the Fed, which barely talked about global worries before.(美联储主席珍妮特·耶伦在周四的新闻发布会上曾提到中国这个词6次,“全球化”提10次。

‏@XHNews (中国新华社)Fed decision to delay rate hike gives emerging economies breathing room, but risk remains.

@Matt_Belvedere (CNBC记者马特·贝尔韦代雷)The Federal Reserve's decision to leave rates unchanged was a "close call," Bullard said—leaving open the possibility that rates could go higher at the Fed meeting next month.

@business (彭博商业频道)Whether the Fed moves the rate from its 0-0.25 percent band to a pure 0.25 percent rate is inconsequential. My perspective is simply that a zero interest rate is an emergency footing, and if we are no longer in a state of emergency, then we should no longer be on an emergency footing.

‏@Schuldensuehner  (德国《世界报》资深编辑霍尔格·扎施皮特斯)Fed rate hike would come as shock to global investors as markets pricing only a 1/3 probability of a rate raise.(美联储如果加息将冲击全球投资者,因为市场认为加息只有1/3的可能。)

‏@SquawkCNBC (CNBC节目“财经论谈”)  Morgan Creek Capital Management CEO Mark Yusko said Wednesday the Federal Reserve should raise interest rates to 3 percent in one fell swoop.(摩根凯瑞资本管理公司首席执行官马克·尤斯科周三表示,美联储应该一次性加息至3%。)
